Fits generally pretty well and in accordance with the sizes provided. I went one size up based on other reviews of the neck hole running small. It's a bit loose but I think the smaller size would have been too small. I'm disappointed with the color because it is a much brighter/hot pink than is pictured.Excellent quality and size was fine for a 3-6 pound puppy. However, the WEIGHT of this harness is 2.5 ounces and it is very heavy for a small animal. Most mesh harnesses are lighter. I have another one that is only 1 ounce. This one is heavy because they use very heavy metal D-Rings (4 of them). So, while it is very well made, the weight is way too heavy for a small animal.I didn't realize that it needs to be pulled over the dogs head to get on, not snap on closure.My dog is a puller and this harness displaces the pressure so nothing hurts him. It fits well but seems to run small and erratic.My 22lb dog is broad chested so he takes an XLarge due to his chest but the strap is set to almost the minimum around his stomach on the light blue one but in the middle setting on the dark blue one - go figureLove the camo fabric-It's very masculine for our puppy but it runs small and I wish I knew that before I purchased.
