I am so glad I didn't take the previous negative review seriously and went ahead and ordered this hat. It's made of quality materials, it's well constructed and fits perfectly. If I were to go to a craft store and purchase the materials and take the time to make a hat like this, it probably wouldn't be as nice so that also makes this an excellent value for the price. If I find myself needing another, I would buy it again. Truly an awesome little birthday hat!!
